Task and Responsibilities 工作职责：
1.competently lead multidiscipline engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure project delivery including staff development , project management and technical responsibility
能胜任带领各类工程团队，采购团队，施工团队来确保项目准时交付，包括员工发展，项目管理和技术方面的职责
2.undertake complete project planning including schedule development, resource planning and allocation, engineering work, procurement planning , quality control , construction , commissioning
完成项目规划包括进度安排，资源规划，工程工作，采购规划，质量控制，施工，调试工作
3.understand management expectation and implement project management strategy to ensure project is complete safetly, meeting design requirements and process guarantees, quality expectations, within budget and schedule
了解管理期望和器项目管理策略确保项目安全完成，在内预算和规定时间内满足设计要求、进程保证，质量预期
