主要职责
？Preliminary work organization for the project
？项目建设前期工作组织
？Organizing engineering construction
？组织工程建设
？Managing subcontract
？分包合同管理
？Setting targets and goals for the project to optimize capability, ensuring the project achieve the progress and cost requirements to meet the agreed schedule
？制定质量标准，满足各项要求，监督建设质量
？Organizing material and equipment supply, coordinating with suppliers
？与供应商协调，组织材料、设备供应
？Project coordination
？项目协调
？assist GM to fulfill other related organization work
？协助总经理完成其他组织工作
Position Requirements:
职位要求
Bachelor degree, major in civil construction，chemical engineering or relevant discipline
？本科以上，土建、化工、热工等相关专业
？Engineer Certificate
？具备工程师以上职称
？Experience in Chemical Engineering or Kiln construction
？具有化学工程或回转窑建设经验
？Strong project management skills
？较强的工程管理技能
