Job responsibilities
岗位职责：
1、Spend at last 50% of each day supporting production and offering quality improvement advice
每天至少50%的时间，在现场支持生产，并提交合理有效的质量改进建议
2、Clear understanding of Work Instructions and customer acceptance criteria
清楚的理解并维护更新WI和客户以及来料验收标准
3、 Investigate, define, and implement corrective actions for product d non-conformances
调查、研究落实、明确，并且实施基于产品不合格的纠正措施和报告
4、Ensure the integrity of the quality data systems including QCR’s are up to date
保证质量系统数据的完整性，包括质量控制保证报告的更新和书写
5、Flag up critical job delays that will cause deviation to the standard process to the Workshop Director
将导致偏差的过程标记和记录，汇报给车间的Director
6、Complete quality feedback sheets to other major processes e.g. Quality weekly report/ Monthly report
建立完整的质量反馈报表和其他质量过程和报表，例如周报、月报
7、SPC/MSA/PPAP/ FMEA /APQP/ A series of paperwork
SPC/MSA/PPAP/ FMEA /APQP等一系列的文本工作
8、Support the production teams to identify faulty raw material and enforce a strict rejection policy
支持生产团队鉴定和识别不合格的原材料，并且实行严格的质量管控措施
