1. +15 years of the large coal fired power project management experiences either in EPC or Construction Company in China, up to 150 MW CFB and 600MW PC projects
2. Great team leadership in managing the whole team, the vendors, EPC etc. and the customer relationship
3. To ensure project are executed in accordance with the quality plans, on schedule and within budgets
4. Proactive in identifying and resolving any potential delay in the project schedule
5. Ensure construction by vendors are carried out in accordance with approve procedure and schedule
6. Proactive in identifying potential delay in vendor schedule and take necessary remedy action.
7. Manage vendors manpower requirement
8. To identify and resolve potential bottleneck within the project team.
