1.To be responsible to be in full compliance of the approved project procedures。
按照公司项目工作流程负责项目的正常进行。
2. Ensure all procedures and implementations are in accordance with corporate policy and procedures as well as project criterion.
确保所有流程的执行能够符合公司规定与项目评价规程。
3.Responsible for planning and front end development of secured project.
负责工程项目在市场开发阶段的计划和发展。
4.Organize and supervise the feasibility study and design by the design institutes.
组织，监督可行性方案以及设计院的设计工作。
5.Responsible for construction budget forecasting and implementation.
负责工程概预算的制定和执行。
6.Responsible for site management (schedule, cost, quality, HSE) of project in construction.
负责项目的施工现场管理 (进度， 成本， 质量， 安全/ 健康/ 卫生)。
7.Keep good relations with customers, local authorities, contractors and other business partners.
与客户、承包商、当地政府及等相关方保持良好的协调和沟通。
