Responsibilities:
1.Design of test setups (hardware, s, fixtures), hydraulic systems and electronic instrumentation incl. data sensoring in the test center. Cooperate with suppliers and internal team of engineers and technicians;
2.Simulation of static and dynamic blade tests with specific software (e.g. 3D with SolidWorks; FEM with ANSYS);
3.Improve, implement, configure and operate blade test controller system (MTS control software, PLC software, Labview), data acquisition software (e.g. HBM, AeroPro) and post-processing software (nCode);
4.Create and improve the maintenance plan of key equipments of test and Supervise the maintenance;
5.Test preparation and execution of tests according to customer specific test plan;
6.Instrumentation of blades with sensors;
7.Inspections of material damage on blades (visual and NDT);
8.Analysis of measurement data;
9.Create & update written instructions and work procedures (QESH).
