Job Qualifications
1.Age 35-45 (Elasticity for suitable candidates); Bachelor’s degree majored in Management, electric engineering, etc. with experience in power and equipment manufacturing industry, familiar with thermal power generation. Minimum 8 years of experience in power industry with power plant construction or manufacturing management, Senior Engineer or above. Good command of marketing knowledge and methods. Outstanding skills in market strategic planning, market development, branding, etc.
2.CET-6 or above
3.Skillful in market operation, overall planning and management, teamwork. Demonstrate competence in market development, leadership, communication, and stress tolerance.
4.Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneur spirit. Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure.
