Responsibilities and Accountabilities
To be acquainted with the Project Master Schedule and the purchasing schedule for the assigned project materials.
熟知项目总体计划及本人负责项目的采购材料计划。
To analyse and understand the purchasing requisition and technical requirements.
分析、理解采购需求及技术要求。
To prepare the enquiries and check from sourcing team if no agreement applicable then prepare PO.
如无相应框架采购协议, 编制询价文件同时从资源处得到报价,并准备订单。
To place the orders to the appointed suppliers and check with the supply chain manager if a agreement applicable with this supplier. To check the market price level regularly (every 3 months) to verify the competitiveness of the agreement.
如与某供应商已签订相应框架采购协议, 向该供应商下定单并与供应链经理共同审核。定期 (每三个月)了解市场价格水平,以确保框架采购协议具有竞争力。
