Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Be responsible for the controlling of costs in accounting system, monthly project and costing reporting.
Trace the whole project process from project kick-off to close-out, provide professional finance support when needed;
Review tendering document and commercial contract, understand key milestones for cash collection, invoice issuance, production delivery, sales recognition;
Keep material cost in budget control, by checking POs (placed orders), finding out significant deviation between PO and cost sheet, working with operation team to figure out root cause and take actions accordingly, following up solutions, etc.;
Work with PM for project’s milestone cash collection and trace the result, control overdue rate and report any overdue balance for management review;
Manage foreign currency hedging ;
Follow up project’s risk analysis indicator provision and work with PM to update the information to ensure the provision accuracy.
