-For our Energy Sector in Guangzhou,we are looking for a (STGZ) Technical Support Engineer 变压器技术支持工程师.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Completes broad scope of technical tasks including Transformer installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers’ equipment and systems among others;
-完成变压器安装/调试、维护和评估客户的设备和系统等技术任务；
2. Responsible for on-site installation instructions and accident analysis with team, timely report to the progress to supervisor;
-负责产品的现场安装指导与现场事故分析处理，及时向上级经理汇报处理进度；
3. Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides support in case of arising issues;
-接受客户的咨询，了解现场情况，并予以解答；
4. Conduct/Support in-house and on-site technical training to customer and internal staff;
-协助组织客户/内部员工技术培训；
5. Support the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories;
-协助维护和改进内部工具、设备、流程和数据库；
6. Follow QS processes and regulations, e.g. ISO9001 and ISO18000.
-遵循并执行质量体系要求（ISO9001和18000等）。
