Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in elaborating marketing & sales strategy for Industry Service Apartment aiming at further and rapid development of Moody business
2. Develop detailed Action Plan
3. Identify target market segment, target clients and maintain clients
4. Put in place and keep high efficiency of a mass market and sales system by exploring all sales channels
5. Especially explore new customers.
6. Visit clients on regular basis
7. Develop technical, commercial proposal, bidding document, fax, weekly/monthly report and minutes of meeting, and registration in Moody’s Commercial activities management tool
8. Negotiate contract conditions
9. Responsible of sales target, be able to raise sales volume steadily
