In this role you will
?- Ensure flawless commissioning of GE Jenbacher (GAS) engines at customer site locations
?- Provide leadership, technical direction, and assistance to the customer, operator personal and other GE field personnel on the installation, operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of GE Jenbacher Engines
?- Perform troubleshooting activities on site to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution and implement corrective actions
?- Act as a technical expert, share your expertise and coach others
?- Resolve complex technical issues, fosters knowledge sharing and help others
?- Explains complex technical issues in a concise way
?- Act as interface between customer/channel partner/GE Jenbacher
?- Play a key role in mentoring and training of field technicians in the team
?- Provide both external and internal timely, accurate, and professional team
?- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the organization
