General Job Description:
1. Comprehensive measuring for dimension of product involve figure and position inspection by the requirement of drawing. and sign off the inspection report Tools management and calibration;
2. Implement inspection and line quality control
3. Collect 、 coordinate and make the relevant quality documents from supplier by the requirement of specification.
4. Fill in the inspection record by the requirement of control plan.
5. Opened NCR, follow and close NCR
Typical Tasks:
1. Daily inspection and line audit；
2. Feed back any deviation to quality engineer and make record.
3. Make a quality record according to control plan requirement.
4. Double check for the repair parts
5. Cooperate with workers and warehouse, SQA, QA to deal with the nonconforming parts.
6. Implement traceability control in the workshop and make record.
7. Measurement tooling management and maintain.
8. Using SAP to open NCR and close NCR, and transfer material status.
