Job Duty:
1.Be responsible for the First Article Inspection/ Sample Approval of PCB/PCBA.
2.Follow up trial run and release parts into mass production.
3.Monitor Supplier Quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
4.Perform supplier audit and coaching.
5.Issue SCAR and drive its closure with effectiveness.
6.Follow up implementation of PCN at supplier side.
7.Lead MRB meeting to handle nonconforming materials.
8.Perform data analysis of PCBA repair data to seize improvement opportunities.
Require:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical/Electronic.
2.At Least 4 year PCBA manufacturing quality experience.Be familiar with PCBA assembiy processes such as SMT,Wave,Coating, ect.
3.Be familiar with pcb processes.
4.Solid knowledge of Quality Management System,pro
