Major accountabilities:
1.1. Execute processes
H He familiar the casting machine technology. He defines and makes the process drawings for the proto component. Makes sure that the manufacturing processes can be effectively operated.
He must give the feedback to the product designs engineer if has any questions.
He provides technical support, training and instructions to the shop floor in relation to these processes.
He gives the technical support to shop floor.
1.2. Troubleshooting processes
H For new component, he organizes an efficient Helpdesk function for the production cells under his responsibility so that questions coming from the shop floor can be addressed and/or answered within shortest time possible.
He is the technical point of contact for cell brigadiers.
He makes sure that solutions found are secured and ded in process deions and work instructions.
