Continuous Improvement Tasks :
? Responsible for applying expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma ( including tools as : SMED; Standard Work; Kanban / Pull Systems; TPM; Kaizen; Problem Solving; Visual management; Value Stream Mapping… ) to eliminate waste, reduce cost and grow top line revenue.
? Facilitate rapid lean deployment (Kaizen) events; lead and implement Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects; coordinate the selection, scoping, planning and implementation of CI projects and events.
Such as : The program Lean Sigma including the training plan lean sigma, all projects
Lean Sigma of the company leading the CI manager to success.
? Establish strategic and tactical CI plans and lead the implementation of those plans and resolve implementation issues, create and manage communication.
Such as the cost reduction plan of the company
