Competencies:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in quality management, supplier quality management, team management or equivalent;
- Familiar with supplier quality management methodology and tools e.g. ISO9001, TS16949, FAI, NCR, 8D, etc.
Knowledage/Skill:
- Familiar with relevant standards and specifications of electrical commodities(including magnets);
- Experience in leading team/projects;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment;
- Quality oriented, customer focus & business acumen;
- Good computer skills & familiarity with MS Office (PPT, WORD, EXCEL etc.) ;
- Lean production background is preferred;
- Proficiency in both oral & written English and Chinese;
