Responsibilities:
1-Continous improvement of Processes, materials and equipment with respect to HSE, Quality and Cost in coorporation with global Process Engineers. Shared, customer satisfaction.
2-Monitoring, data collection and follow up on processes to ensure a stable, controlled and standardised production set up,full customer satisfaction.
-Trouble shooting and root cause analysis.Full,customer satisfaction.
3-Ensuring excellent cooperation and knowledge sharing in local organisation as well as in global technical organisation.Full,customer satisfaction.
-Implementation of new blades, ramp up projects and transfer projects in close coorporation with local and global technical organisation.Shared,customer satisfaction.
4-Implementation of Production Process changes at local facility in coorporation with global process Engineers.Shared,customer satisfaction.
