This position is open for Field service leadership program (FSLP).
FSLP is 2-year rotational program:

3 challenging rotations: 6-month in
engineering, 6-month in domestic site and 6-month in overseas site

Overall Summary the role:
The
Commissioning Engineer-I&C/Electrical is
responsible for the full scope of an assigned project when it comes to
planning, preparation and execution of
the commissioning, trial run up to acceptance testing and inspection for Steam
Turbines / Generators and related Auxiliaries.
Essential Responsibilities:
-
Performs electrical commissioning work
globally in accordance to the specification, engineering documentation, local
regulation and in accordance with the contract to secure execution at defined
cost, quality and in compliance with GE EHS policy and site specific EHS plans
and safety standards
-
Closely monitors all activities, which
could have harmful effects on the environment
-
Ensures the highest quality of
workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan
-
Reports commercial and technical
deviations with corresponding NCR/FSI-tool up until its completion
-
Involves technical department in
handling technical problems
-
Coordinates with the Lead Commissioning Engineer
all issues related to the scope of works
-
Manages, supervises and coordinates the
assigned personnel
-
Ensures subcontractors are working in
compliance with the EHS requirements at site
-
Maintains logbook to record
commissioning and operational events
-
Responsible for the complete job
preparation as specified in the work instruction
-
Ensures that all defined packages within
the discipline are ready for hand-over to the customer on time
-
Facilitates the hand-over of systems
from erection to commissioning and from commissioning to the customer in
accordance with current procedure / work instruction
-
Issues commissioning, quality, feedback
record documentation and software including an electronic document list to the
Lead Commissioning Engineer prior to PAC of the plant
-
Trains the Customer staff in operation
and maintenance as instructed
Minimum Qualifications /
Requirements
-
University degree or above in electrical
engineering or automation control related field
-
Around 2 years of experience in I&C/electrical
commissioning
-
General knowledge of power plants
systems
-
Knowledge of local instruments
commissioning
-
Self-motivated, proactive behavior and can-do
attitude
-
Ability to prioritize and focus on the
key business priorities

Overall Summary of the role:
The
Turbine
Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the excellent
planning, preparation and execution of
the commissioning, trial run up to acceptance testing and inspection for Steam
Turbines / Generators and related Auxiliaries.
Essential Responsibilities:

Execute all the required preparation and
pre-checks as specified in the work instruction

Coordinate with the Commissioning Lead
Engineer on all issues related to the scope of works
-
Ensure the highest quality of
workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan
-
Perform commissioning according to the
specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety
instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations
-
Issue quality commissioning, operation,
quality record and feedback documentation in timely manner
-
Hand over the commissioning, quality and
feedback documentation and software with document list to the LE Com Engineer
-
Ensure that commercial and technical
deviations are reported with corresponding NCR/FSI-tool up until its completion
-
Involve technical department in handling

erection to commissioning and from commissioning to the Customer in accordance

Steam Turbines / Generators / related Auxiliaries

Execute all the required preparation and
pre-checks to ensure all required materials, tools and equipment are available
for both subcontracted and Self Performance erection works
-
Coordinate with lead supervisor on all
issues related to the scope of works
-
Ensure the highest quality of
workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan by all
within-the-discipline-subcontractors and / or Self Performance erection works
-
Document performed work, all Check
sheets completed in timely manner
-
Complete NCR / FSI as per procedures,
ensure timely closing
-
Ensure that all defined packages within
the discipline are ready for Turnover to Commissioning in accordance with the
schedule or earlier
-
Closely monitor all activities, which
could have harmful effects on the environment
-
Take action where necessary to ensure
that all subcontractors or any Self Performance work force maintain all work
areas in safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately
preserved and protected

Own compliance with GE EHS policy and
site specific EHS plans

Ensure subcontractors are in compliance
with the EHS requirements at site.
